This is an oddly touching tale on a mid life crisis. The main protagonist finds his mojo with an oddball team of middle aged men who sign up for a all men synchronised swimming team competition in Milan.
The lead up to the event the preparation forms the bulk of the film. Told with a certain charm and typical British efficiency, this goes down quite well.
Off a piece similar to The Full Monty, The Calendar Girls and I am sure many others. Interesting diversion.
