I first watched this when I was a child about the age of 10 and I loved it. My mother had recorded it on vhs thinking it was Alice in wonderland and she put it on for me and my sister And we absolutely loved it, we watched it so many times the tape broke. If you have a child with a great imagination And are not easily frightened let them watch it. This film won't be for a lot of people it's dark and will be a little scary for a child and doesn't make a lot of sense but I think everyone should watch it at lest once in there life time just for the animation that is very impressive for a film released in the 80's. I was delighted to find this little gem on amazon prime and recently watched it with my daughter. She enjoyed it and I still really found it enjoyable and nostalgic.
