Now first, I'm a film nut, my library looks like a blockbuster video and been an avid collector from VHS to then Dvd. I can truly say this is about the most awful thing I've ever watched. I've seen complaints about nudity being used in a way that exploitive and have seen examples to degrees, you know, mostly women are displayed while the men stay fully clothed. Yet I don't think I've ever seen it to this degree (And I got the unrated version). an hour and 48 minutes and outside a porno movie I don't think I've ever seen so much female nudity while SURROUNDED by fully clothed men in every type of situation imaginable. There's one 5 second shot of the main male lead in deep shadow where he shows his butt. and that's it. I think I now understand some of the female actors complaints about such an issue. It does seem to really demean the women, as if their nudity is nothing but the men have to stay fully clothed as power? or Control?
Now granted, "Erotic thrillers" are suppose to be racy, it's expected, but when you have such an awful plot and then on top of that the excessive ONE SIDED nudity it leaves, even a heterosexual man, kind of empty. I mean if that IS all you want to see there's a lot of places to go see it. I've 1000+ DVDs and this really is the only one i've been tempted to throw away, like in the trash kind of trow away due to both stealing and hour and 48 minutes of my life but whatever few dollars I bought it for on ebay..LMAO.
IF the director has taken as much effort in making a plot or action or thrills as he did finding unique and excessive ways to flaunt full female nudity while making sure not a single HINT of male nudity anywhere he MAY could have made a movie, instead of whatever this thing was.
Just awful.
