Red Sands is your standard low budget, low quality "made for TV" movie. Horro-ish, though not really scary or anything. Mostly it's just a bunch of soldiers being bad people and freaking out. Basically everything is by the numbers, very predictable and dull. Terrible special effects, poor acting, no surprises.
There's far worse movies out there, but far better ones too.
