This is a passable comedy, with some good ideas.
Nice 50's style, good casting, SNZ is always fun to listen too. But the beginning of the movie lead us to what looks like to a nice satire of the american society, especially regarding working class. But in the end, it's just a transposition of "Robbie" by Asimov, surfing on the zombie wave of the 2000's. Of course nobody would admit it in the writing credits.
