The Employer (2013)

Warning: Spoilers
Five people wake up in the same room. It's the last stage of a job interview and whoever kills the others ends up with the job. It's a rather silly premise and a rather dull film. It could have been better with more convincing acting but the performers here are lightweight. Except of course for Malcolm McDowell as the employer, who is watchable as ever. Throughout the film I kept thinking, where is Billy Zane? He appears right at the end and gets promptly shot. It's not even a cameo length appearance sadly.

The employer interviews the five candidates prior to their ordeal but it looks like Mr. McDowell filmed his role separately and had no contact with the other actors except with one right at the end. The movie had potential but hardly realised it.
