The main exception being Al Pacino who plays Offerman. At first sight there is nothing wrong with that. I recall Robert De Niro played a Jewish gangster in Once Upon a Time in America.

So I was not surprised that Offerman turns out to be Wolf at the end. There were hints throughout the series that Offerman may not be who he seemed.
Aside from that there was a casualness about the final episode. As if it had already run out of gas. It also had to set up the second season which has hints that it might be more comic strip.
