I had seen this before a long time ago, but this time around I was disappointed. It was very pedestrian for much of the time and the humour was very sparse, only turning up in the final 30 minutes.
The familiar at the time cast was interesting but didn't really have a big impact.
The score was very good. Written by Paul McCartney and produced by George Martin it really stood out right from the opening. Written around the time of Sgt Pepper it was very different to normal scores of the day.
