Review of What's Up: Balloon to the Rescue!

To be honest, the worst part about this movie is that it's not even so bad it's good. It just fades away from your memory right after you finish watching it. So please don't watch this ... thing, go read a book or binge some netflix, it's much more meaningful than watching this.
