It is a story of a policeman who gets involved in a mystery which could destroy him. The major twist happens after ten minutes. So far so good. But then the story is getting so absurd that it is totally unbeliebable. There are some comedy elements involved like the one with the traffic control which is all but funny. The Asian school of acting and the strange sense of humor is probably the biggest obstacle to become internationally successful. Tje relationship of the acting characters is also not consistant. In Korean movies you often find the motive of a corrupt abd incompetent police force and superior officers who cover up everything in the end. It is boring.
