Review of Same Kind of Different as Me

I found this film to be soothing and uplifting, and like knowing that it is based on a true story. The actual film itself leaves a little to be tweaked, I think; the manipulative music wafting through even the most mundane of scenes grew cloying, like an overly sweet perfume. Still, i found it easy to watch and to admire the spirits of the three main characters evolve as they grew closer together.
