For the majority of the episode, I hated the whistling cowboy more than the actual villain. Genius! He is basically a less experienced and more stupid Spike, which means he ends up causing more harm than good. It was hilarious to see the villain being so incompetant and easily caught, only to keep getting away due to Spike and Andy clashing. And wow that ending was so satisfying.
