The idea that a Chinese family including young children would've been sent out into the rain to use a public payphone from a 1995 London hotel is unbelievable and conceitedly unrealistic garbage. As that was the opener I stopped watching and according to other reviews correctly assumed the rest of the film would be garbage too.
