Ruslan is a successful writer of crime novels that are based on stories from his distant past. One day he comes to the wedding of his daughter and the son of his old friend Mikhail. Since the last meeting with Mikhail, a lot has changed, Mikhail has become the leader of a large criminal group. Ruslan realizes too late what his family has been involved in. On the wedding day, a terrible tragedy happens: bandits shoot his daughter and wife. The wife dies on the spot, and the daughter is in a serious condition in the hospital. Ruslan blames himself and his past for everything and begins to take revenge. Now revenge becomes his real vocation.
