The overdubbing in English was terrible. The discombobulated stories of John of God being a healer and miracle worker were blended in with tales of women being sexually assaulted by him followed by scores of his followers claiming they never saw anything. As a viewer, you don't know what to believe; is he a healer or is he a quack? Is he a holy man or a rapist? And these same women who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by John of God kept going back to him. This docuseries made it hard for you to even feel sorry for the victims because they kept going back to him to "confront" him when they should have going to the police to report him or taking their stories to the press if they felt as if they couldn't go to the police. I fell asleep through it. It is so BORING. It offered no criminal analysis of his behavior.
