The gore was okay I guess, I guess you'd have to be really into that to rate this movie too high. I was enjoying it but I just REALLY lost interest when the victims didn't just bash the murderer's head in when they literally had him unconscious on the ground. Then didn't climb out a broken window instead of breaking out the rest of the glass because "You're cutting yourself!" Then got the best of the killer AGAIN with a knife but then just left him alive and ran away. Then literally leaving the other lady *alone in the same room* WITH the killer, to go find the little boy who ran out. Maybe that's the point as an homage to old Italian slashers but writers should avoid situations where you've got to turn your characters into complete morons to get to the gore you're invisioning.
