Max comes from a line witches and dabbles in minor witchcraft and experiments on bats. He liked watching Mila Star catch a vampire and is crushing on her. When Mila kidnaps grandma (a witch) Max turns the family into monsters in order to get granny back.
There was a lot that was bad about this cartoon, but somehow it grew on me. Mostly because of the eighties soundtrack. I liked hearing Frankenstein saying "ufda". And it was a love story.
