It reminds old flavors of XIX century Russia, in literary perspective. A young Italian, looking for obtain monay, the friends - very good gamblers - and their perfect plan of succes, the Russia in basic/ naked aspects, beautiful cinematography, simple, not unpredictable end. A trip in old Russia, dances of Gypsies and talks about identity, something from Pinocchio. Nice, charming and ironic, a reasonable portrait of cultural clash.
