A very low budget serial killer movie with the murderer targeting cover models from the (fictional as far as one knows) magazine called 'Wow'. It's not bad with pleasant performances from Victor Brooks as the tea loving detective and Felicity Young as June almost busting out all over. Dominating the movie is Harry H. Corbett as the killer, whose performance is probably much too good for the film. He acts convincingly in several guises and despite being the murderer he makes his character almost sympathetic. The film sags when Mr. Corbett is off the screen.
