The third episode is great but the rest are lazily written, with too much time given to the A list guest cast who try their best with the poor, strangely unfunny script, but it's all very very poor. Little to none of it made me laugh.
The fifth episode is the best example of this. Aiden Turner and Benedict Wong turn up, and made me excited for some classic laughs, but no. They have to deal with silly situations that don't actually mine any humour. It's just all just a massive disappointment and waste of talent.
Stick to rewatching Toast Of London.
