Except for that idiot guy who thinks he's a bird, I really enjoyed this episode. Once again, the theme is that there are just too many forces at work to handle them all. Morrison has to deal with a guy who is trying to speak for a host of people but who is demanding and impatient. Then there is the resident who has no money, whose marriage is falling apart. It hurts to watch them disintegrate.
