Review of The Little Prince

I was a little kid, when I watched this show and I immediately fell in love with it the moment I saw it for my first time. The atmosphere is just great, the series happens around many different settings and unlike other kid shows it managed to feel like something I would watch today. The story is very well built, not just some random funny stuff that happens, but a long storyline, which makes sense even in the longterm. Of course, the book is different, however the series managed to recreate the one thing that made "Le Petit Prince" so good: The overall idea of the prince travelling through space while meeting with different persons and having this gorgeous art style of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry translated onto the screen so well. All this, and it still isn't a copy of the successfull book. Rather, it manages to create something new out of this simple, wonderfull idea and takes me back to my childhood in such a touching way.
