I honestly did not know what to expect when I began watching this movie. I did no read up on it before hand. The Marque on Amazon looked interesting enough to check it out. That being said, I instantly and excitedly picked up that it was a horror movie based on the atmosphere from the beginning. However, it turned into something else completely. I felt like I was watching a Jacob's Ladder on the undertones of existing black racial prejudices. Ok, I got the messages but overall, I was disappointed in the telemetry of the story. I gave 5 stars for the acting. If only they could have tied off the supernatural aspect better. I love a movie that makes you think, but I do not want to have to keep a magnifying glass handy to watch a horror movie.
