Review of Metamorphosis

Absolutely loved this film. Set in the most beautiful location; the cinematography is unreal and the story line is both creepy and thought-provoking. It's a horror film, but it will have you thinking about the roles that people can play in co-dependent relationships. While the male protagonist reverts to an almost primal state, the female protagonist finds her inner strength. It's a slow burn, but totally worth it.

All in all, a great movie. Metamorphosis feels like true cinema, paying homage to the greats of the past, unlike some of the same drama/thrillers that we continue to see over and over again today. Highly recommend!
