. . . of major, legitimate film studios such as Warner Bros. Or Universal Pictures, but when it comes to the low-budget, cheap fly-by-night outfits on "poverty row" such as Walnut Dizzy, it's pretty much hit & miss--or, in this example, mostly misses. For instance, the memorable part of S-A-L-U-D-O-S AMIGOS is called PEDRO. Distributed by itself many times, PEDRO's censorship board approval number is 8122. The number for this entire goulash is 8092. SOME of the cast and crew for PEDRO are credited specifically for the stand-alone version, such as director Hamilton L-u-s-k-e, writers William C-o-t-t-r-e-l-l, Dick H-u-e-m-e-r and Joe Grant and narrator Fred Shields. But this is the ONLY part of AMIGOS included on Dizzy's "It's a Small World, Volume 2" DVD (2006), so viewers of THAT version or ANY of the MANY theatrical releases are unable to rate this animated short by itself, thanks to the jumbled haphazard lackadaisical corner-cutting slap-dash nonsensical approach of the Amateur Hour Dizzy bozos.
