Upon first glance I thought this was Silent Rage. A chuck norris looking cowboy wanders around Mexico looking to avenge the rape of his friends wife. With limited action; forgettable villains and music, it's clearly meant for the bargain bin.
Klaus Kinski plays a bad guy because look at his face he isn't going to be doing anything else and the length of the film is less than 90 minutes. Clearly jumping on the western craze but with a limited budget.
It's forgettable (except for Tarantino who loves it) and it's generic and dull.
