It's like you mix 24 with jack reacher, but it's really more than that. They did a fantastic job with the ops scenes and stunts overall. As for the dialog, it's basically television, modern television nothing more or less, until you see chris pratt and his team on screen.
Chris and his co star seals, and his friends, made it worth the binge. Some scenes were harder than others to get through, flashbacks, violence, theatres of war, etc. This isn't nothing more than because they did a great sketch of them dramatically, which is a plus.
Some might find this slow, but so are all netflix marvel shows, it seems a movie length story gets stretched and bent to fit a series these last 10 years or so, and something about that can be good or bad. It is filled with silly military talk, and heavy ham fisted ideas here and there, but it is actually more appealing than most endless series dialog moments.
Watch it, and if you're military, don't tear it apart. It's entertainment fiction, not a documentary or tutorial.
