Think of a title first, create a plot, stir, bring to complete boil.

Warning: Spoilers
It's obvious that many B pictures we started with some studio executive coming up with the title and calling up the writing department to get them to come up with a plot. Sometimes it works. A lot of times it crash landed which is the case with this Universal programmer where the interesting title fails to reveal a good film. After all, a good film is more than just its title and a snappy poster and bankable stars, although between Kent Taylor and Rochelle Hudson, box offices wouldn't overflow by their presence.

Police plane pilot Taylor has been called out by his supervisors for not really taking his job seriously, and secret estranged wife Hudson is quite disappointed in him as well. It will take a major heroic moment for his reputation to improve and for Hudson to even consider going out with her husband on a date. However, when Taylor and partner Regis Toomey discover a racket of gangsters using the skies for their criminal activities, the opportunity has come for Taylor to become a hero. Interesting plot if it dominated the film, but a good majority of this hour long movie has nothing to do with the storyline. It isn't until the last real that everything that should have been there in the first place come together, and by that time, this film is out of gas, and nothing but turbulence awaits.
