Remarkable episode

Wasn't a big fan of "Baywatch" and have never watched it much, but happened to tune into this episode (in syndication) at the beginning and was struck (and captivated) by the dynamic action, drama, and thought-provoking story line. Also, some striking visuals. (Among other things, the directing and editing seem to be very tight and well-done.)

Yasmine Bleeth's performance as Caroline was surprisingly impressive -- effective, affecting, and touching. And she was absolutely beautiful. You can't help but fall in love with her by the end of the episode. (She even showed up in a dream of mine a few days later.)

Maybe I haven't watched enough of the series, but I was surprised at Gena Lee Nolin's playing the "bad girl" who helps lead Caroline astray during the latter's emotional tribulations.

After seeing this episode, I'm inclined to catch some more, especially from this season.
