5/10
Watchable, but why would you?

Title and synopsis of the movie is somewhat misleading, since you could be expecting some kind of an zombielike outbreak in a big city. Well, probably due to budget constraints, that never happens. Instead, 10 people become infected and crave human flesh, but keep their normal intelligence. What you get from that is barely average hour and a half movie with some drama, allegory and action moments. It's not that bad, it's definitely watchable and better than similar movies (John Saxon stars in the movie and acts very well), but you have to ask yourself why would you watch something like this? Other than great performance by Wallace Wilkinson, "Cannibals in the Streets" is misleading and barely mediocre movie that tells a story, but forgets it has to be a good story. Overall, I would give the movie 5.5/10... I don't recommend it to anyone in particular. It's far from the worst thing you can watch, but I cannot for myself find any reason why would you, except if you want to watch all the movies with cannibalism/horror associated with them...
