So i much preferred part one over this second part. Part Two leaves me feeling pretty unsatisfied.
First of we have the biggest positive for me (by far), which is the fight with Superman at the end of the movie. I believe that this fight is one of (if not) my favourite between the Caped Crusader and the Man of Steel. The story leading up to the fight isn't anything particularly special but the fight itself is pretty damn cool.
The story was pretty poor in my eyes. The whole thing with the Joker was mediocre but nothing too amazing. The Joker i am used to isn't here, but unlike Joaquin Phoenix this isn't a positive. I also thought his voice didn't fit the show. By this i don't meant i disliked the voice actor himself but rather it felt like it was someone dubbing over the original. It just sounded peculiar.
The story with Superman and the war with the Soviet Union was so utterly meaningless it was unreal. I was so uninterested in that plot point it's not funny. Also the president was a terrible character.
Cast - 3.5/10
Action - 4.5/10
Story - 2/10

The new police commissioner and Gordon i had little interest in personally. Gordon wasn't bad but the other commissioner was a big ol' meh.
Robin was also (like the last movie) a crap character. Much more in this one in my opinion. Not interesting at all. I believe her mother is the new commissioner as they look the same, but i really didn't care at all.
Besides from the fight between Batman and Superman this movie was pretty poop. From the Robin to the Joker through to the story and voices.
