I am the King

Warning: Spoilers
Robert Anderson Wright (John Ennis) is an egomaniac acting instructor who uses an abusive approach on his small group of students. He also sprays when he talks. In the opening scene he appears to have summoned a demon in Brody (Krsy Fox) while on stage. The rest of the film is an interconnected backstory loosely connected by characters and dialogue, if you pay attention to what is said. It then moves to Marcus (Bryce Johnson) who is Brody's boyfriend and then through a series of stories leading back to Brody.

The film is written and directed by a grown man who still calls himself "Spider One." Clearly he has some maturity issues. The idea for the plot appears to be well thought out and some of the dialogue clever. Overall the execution seemed less than par. The acting was forced, maybe by design, I don't know, but that would evolve a bigger picture than most of us would grasp.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.
