Overall, refreshing to see a Hallmark movie with a few new twists.
Love the character of Anji, her parents and David's work friend and partner. A majority of the cast have good chemistry together and not just the leads.
The movie has a lot of sweet and memorable moments. Anji's parents were among my favorites. They had good dialogue and came across as very genuine and you would believe they were a real couple. Their warmth, giving spirit and life lessons made me really enjoy this movie.
However the scene where they run from the police and store security should be cut. It is not necessary and is a Bad lesson for kids and not very Christmassy behavior.
This movie needs a sequel next year! Maybe set in the countryside.
