The lead character bugged me as she had her idea of what Christmas should entail, and no one else was allowed to express their wishes. Candace certainly played her character well. It was a bit over-the-top in some scenes, but overall I enjoyed the movie. Millions of people express their faith by going to Church and find peace there, I loved that this movie did not make fun of those beliefs. We all need to take something from this film, be more present in the moment and not worry about the little details that distract us from family especially around Christmas. I will be tuning in to more GAC movies, especially if they continue to use some of my favorite Hallmark actors.
