This series was a one of a kind for its time and very annoyed it got cancelled. It follows an undercover cop who is Muslim, infiltrating a group of religious extremist terrorists who are on the path to something big under the direction of their enigmatic leader.
The film tackles the subject matter delicately but also overtly. It aims to draw a distinction between a regular Muslim and an extremist. The espionage-crime thriller paved the way for more popular series like Homeland in my opinion. I should also give credit to the music producer as the film score was certainly one of a kind- I still listen to it to this day!
