I wasn't expecting much out of it when it started but each episode was better than the one before. Love the quiet pace, the slow build up, the really good characters and the fact that it feels like a classic 70s sci-fi novel. It's like a cross between stalker, Solaris, the thing and day of the triffids with some good concepts and creative situations.
I'm glad there is going to be a season 2 because I loved the ending and it would be a shame if this was cancelled before this story reached its full potencial. If you're looking for an American style blockbuster look somewhere else. If you love classic sci-fi novels before sci-fi became about action instead of ideas you're going to love the retro feel on this series. Ignore the bad reviews here. It's not a masterpiece but it's great to see sci-fi about ideas instead of being about marvel type stuff. Give it a chance. It's good.
