This is a lovely episode, centring on the often fraught relationship between Sheldon (well, Young Sheldon) and his dad.
They might not always understand each other, but deep down the love is there, and what this spin-off has done is show us that perhaps George wasn't worthy of the verbal bashing older Sheldon gives him throughout much of 'The Big Bang Theory'.
