Highly enjoyable. I binge-watched but like most reviewers was upset by the lack of resolution at the end of the series. So I was interested to read suzannevdv-16557 's comment that she and Deborah Cook had more stories up their sleeves for a second series. Is there any chance these could be published as a novel, or perhaps an audio drama could be produced? Some great work is being done in this field now.
I think this series would be enjoyed by Downton Abbey fans, but also viewers of Call The Midwife, since it focusses on the lives of women working with children as well as highlighting social issues of the day - with a bit of romance thrown in. A winning formula!
