Yes, yes, we get it. Everybody loved the Automat, the company loved its employees and this is the way America used to be and should be again. But the truth is that, in the end, Horn & Hardart did not take care of its employees. The employees were forced to retire and DID NOT GET ANY PENSION AT ALL.
