I surprisingly liked this film more on rewatch. I think Nicolas Cage and Elijah Wood do a solid job acting together and blend better than I thought they would when I firstvsaw the cover. My first watch of this I was turned off to it When the darker scenes started happening because I was only wanting to see more crazy Nicolas Cage. But on this recent rewatch if it I appreciated it so much more. I think it's a solid film and a bit of a Cult classic in the Cage community. The ending is pretty interesting and one I think about a lot 🤔. Like who was in the van at the end, and who was the girl! Definitely finding a reddit thread on this films now.
