We loved this show! Husband and I watched it with 14-year-old daughter and it was fabulous! Really hope they come out with a second season.
The characters had depth and evolved, the music is not my style, but I loved it. Anyway, the lyrics were a lot of fun, and we enjoyed learning about other cultures. I'm definitely curious what Muslim women think of this show, or Muslim men for that matter. I feel like they introduced such a variety of characters from across the Islamic diaspora and each was in his/her own way, atypical from what others expected of them so hopefully no one felt typecast.
Please bring it back with season two!
