The part where Tim kills a cartel leader deep in the jungle at his encampment and saves the girl is false yet tim says this is a true story just to pull listeners in when he markets it. The movie was definitely longer than it should've been. Nothing super memorable from it other than the island raid which happened to be true. The tears came rolling down his eyes way too much in this. The sex ring bust on the island actually had a lot more lives which were saved than in the movie. These inaccuracies make me question everything else. No really good supporting actors and the acting overall was generously a 6/10. I can understand why the end was completely fabricated because its a movie and they felt there should be a happy ending but thats not how life works for stories like this. Would've been better off if the movie was actually accurate like tim ballard promoted it to be.
