Story of the bronte family. The early life and and struggles of the bronte children; the sisters, charlotte, emily, and anne, so talented, while branwell, the brother gets drunk and wastes the days away. Nutrition and sanitary conditions were so poor at the time, the bronte siblings all died by about age thirty. Charlotte made it to about age forty. They left a treasury of literature and poetry, and their home is now a museum. Ironically, dad bronte outlived all the children and all the wives! Written and directed by sally wainwright.
