Review of Christmas by Candlelight

This story is completely formulaic without any surprises. You will guess every single plot point within the first ten minutes and then suffer through the predictable dialogue for the rest of the movie. The characters are an embarrassingly stereotypical collection of recycled troupes. The performances are acceptable within the low standard that has been established by the writing.

This would be better if it was rewritten as a self-mocking comedy spoof of every other holiday movie that has already been made. They could have saved a lot of money and time by editing together scenes from a dozen second rate shows that have already been made.
