A heartbreaking story full of suspense and fear. I don't want to say too much and give spoilers but if you like suspenseful thrillers with great acting then give it a go. The cinematography is great and while it is hard to watch at times, that's only because it's gritty and real. The films premise explores the problematic future of teleportation and how it could be used for people smuggling. You follow a lesbian couple trying to escape from persecution under a right wing regime.
Not sure why it has had these bad reviews, it's shot really well, especially for an indie film with a low budget. Maybe something to do with the themes or immigration and LGBQT? Anyway, ignore the haters and give it a watch if you're serious about film.
