As a hispanic immigrant all I kept thinking was that all the immigrants in this show just love to break the law in the USA and the white Americans try to uphold the law. It was very annoying and boring! And eye rolling on my end!
As a show, I thought it was different, showing another point of view of the American experience from professional skilled people that can't practice their skill in the USA (I know a few that has happened to them, at home doctors/lawyers in the USA Uber drivers). The main character, Thony, the actress is a horrible actress, and her character is bossy, annoying and entitled, she expects the men to fix her mistakes and trouble she gets into every single time and it got to a point where it killed the FBI's guy's character.
Overall, it's an ok show, watch it for the entertainment, and if you are Filipino might be worth watching.
Also, with the Mexican guy's death in real life, it will be interesting what the writers will do down the road if there is a season 4.
