"Dumb Money" a "David vs Goliath" stock market story, that will be remembered in the books. Expect that in this book the target audience is younger, and we have Cardi B songs as background noise.
I had only heard about the Gamestop shortage after it had occurred, so I guess I didn't pay much attention to it. Therefore, with few knowledge about it, learning it from this film was... well... interesting. The film is well written, everyone even with little knowledge of how the stock market works, can easily understand it. As for the characters, despite my dislike for Pete Davidson and Seth Rogen, I can admit that they delivered commendable performances, especially Paul Dano. Generally, it's a decent film that could have been better if it weren't for that awful music, seriously, what happened there?
