The Wrong Nanny is a 2017 thriller and tells the tale of a woman named Stella Armstrong who lost her mother from pancreatic cancer 20 years ago and is setting up a fundraiser in her memory. Stella hasn't time to look after her twin boys and decides to hire a nanny. She soon finds a candidate named Blake, a young woman in her twenties who seems like a sweetheart.
Little does Stella know is that Blake is no other than her biological daughter who she had to give up 20 years ago and she is now seeking vengeance. Will she succeed?
The thing with these made for TV movies is the way they portray their crazy villians/villianesses.
They start off caring and sweet for the first 59 minutes with bits of their evil side showing up at night or sometimes during the day, next they are in their car screaming as they know someone is watching their every move then for the remainder of the film the person drops their act and goes mental. Its like the filmmakers are out of ideas at this point.
