Apartment 12(alternatively Life/Drawing in a few countries) is a 2003 Romantic Indie Comedy Film starring Mark Ruffalo,Beth Ulrich and Anne-Marie Johnson.
The story follows a 30 something year old named Alex(Ruffalo) who is an artist. Things take a turn when his girlfriend Yvette(Johnson) throws him out and says that their relationship is over.
Gutted he winds up getting an apartment and is staying at Room 12 at the apartment. From there he meets a young woman named Lori(Ulrich) and starts to have feelings for her,yet his afraid to get his heartbroken again. Will he give romance another try?.
Overall I thought it was an average film. I've never even heard of this movie until I stumbled across it on Amazon Prime and I love Mark Ruffalo since 13 Going On 30.
