Warning: Spoilers
Wealthy businessman Michael Whalen grumbles at everyone. Estranged wife Gloria Stuart, assistant Chester Clute, cook Jane Darwell and juvenile golf caddy, Delmar Watson, the male answer to 20th Century Fox's rival child stars Shirley Temple and Jane Withers. It takes Watson telling Whalen off to wake him up, threatening to walk out on him as his caddy, and Whalen crumbles, asking Watson to be his caddy on a regular basis after finding out that he's an orphan.

The first 20 minutes of Whalen yelling at everyone doesn't really endear him to the audience, and when Watson hooks up Stuart and Whalen as golf partners (not knowing that they're estranged), it becomes obvious where the plot of this comic weeper is going. Lyle Talbot gets the Ralph Bellamy role of the dope trying to win Stuart's affections. It's a predictable soaper that shows the future old Rose from "Titanic" before she took a hiatus from acting. There's a cute dog too, adding to the light plot. Serves its purpose to entertain for an hour and move on.
